Port Elizabeth 2008, as South Africa and the world was watching with horror as African turned on African, Port Elizabeth didn't escape the xenophobia that rocked South Africa.
These series of shots were taken as Melody and I were following the Port Elizabeth Flying Squad. A call had come in that there was looting at a Somali owned shop.
The police race off, us in hot pursuit behind them. As they arrived on the scene, a officer jumped from his car and started shooting rubber bullets at the looters.
